Cement mill

Introduction

Cement mill, also called cement ball mill, is a key equipment for grinding cement clinker into fine powder. Compared with traditional ball mills, it can increase the output by 15-20%. Mainly used in the cement silicate product industry, the cement mill belongs to horizontal rotating mill with circle flow grinding system. To a certain extent, cement mill can not only improve the quality of cement, but also ensure the finished product ratio.

Working Principle

The material is uniformly fed into the first chamber of the mill through the hollow shaft spiral of the feeding material. The first chamber has a ladder liner or a ripple liner abd its grinding media is different specifications of steel balls. The material is ground by steel balls with centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel. After the coarse grinding in the first chamber, the material enters in the second chamber through the single-layer partition plate for secondary grinding. The second chamber is embedded with a flat liner, which filled with steel balls. Finally, the final powder is discharged through the discharge board and the the complete grinding is done.
