Slag mill is mainly used for grinding steel slag ,waste residue ,mineral waste residue,gypsum ,gravel.It also can be used for refractory material,fertilizer, ferrous and non-ferrous metal ore dressing , glass and ceramics production industry, etc. It’s an important equipment in aerated concrete production. Slag mill is stable and reliable. According to actual raw material and discharging method, there are dry slag mill and wet slag mill for your choice.
1.Adopt large diameter double roller bearings. It is easy to maintain and has high efficiency.
2.Adopt cone structure around the discharging part, which makes ball mill stable. Rod mill can grind the materials more fine because the diameter of steel ball is very small.
3.Adopt the whole steel frame and the precision of installation is very high.
4.The equipment works stably, reduces downtime and maintenance, and improves the efficiency.
When the cylinder is driven to rotate by the transmission device, the grinding media attached to the lining surface of the inner wall of the cylinder is rotated together. Due to the effect of inertial centrifugal force, the grinding media is brought to a certain height, then it falls freely by gravity and impacts the raw material in the cylinder. With a cyclic movement of rising and falling, the grinding media slides and rolls, which makes grinding among the grinding media, the lining plate and the material to be ground.
